Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Misuse of new sim by a casual acquaintance

I purchased a new sim (No:[protected]) at tirumala bsnl office on 190417
At about 11am. (Date unsure 18th /19th, but all the rest dtls perfect), with a written application, photos, and my aadhaar card no;:[protected]. This free sim is exclusively used by one of my casual friends after the loss of cellphone and other valuables. Link busstand pac wherein i had taken a locker. Please block this sim as i will be liable for his use n abuse.
