Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Mobile Internet cut off

Hello i am hemant sarkar a school student who attends only classes from Maharashtra nagpur.
As i am student i need Internet to attend my classes but some issues are happening from last night with my internet so, please understand my problem given below
My mobile net is suddenly cutting off i don't know how but i remembered that i had keep my phone of tomorrow at 11:00pm. But customer care is saying that i have used my Internet at 1am and 5 am. But i had turned on my net sharply at 7 am.
I don't know why this happend but please i have online classes today and i don't know how i gona attend my class if i don't able to do so it will all your service fault
I am hemant sarkar a school student.
