Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Mobile stv combo recharge [protected] | |||||
Yesterday 23.04.2017, i had subscribed for stv combo 339 from my bsnl mobile [protected] using the *124# option. My stv combo recharge was successful, but for the same stv bsnl has debited my mobile balance 2 times once at 9.20 hrs and again at 9.22 hrs. I called bsnl customer care and the customer service executive directed me to approach nearest customer service point. I approzched palladam customer service centre with this issue and they expressed their inability to refund the amount debited from my mobile balance. BSNL my number wrongly active hungama service and rs.410 billing in my monthly bill. So I will complaint against BSNl de active this service and cancel rs.410 extra billing. Not cancel this service I will complaint before court of law.
