Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — my bank account registered sim has lost while doing marketing in varanasi

Address:Jain distributors, Bazardiha road, jai maa shardha nagar colony, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, 221010

I have gone market and there was very much rush and my phone with sim card which is registered with bank had been lost. And i have lost it and please provide me another sim of same number. I am now not able to do my transaction beacause i want otp gor that and otp is send on the lost sim so i am not able to do any of the transaction. Please provide me with the new sim please.
