[Resolved]  Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — no network coverage from 7 days

Hello, i am unable to make calls to my parents who are using bsnl sim card due to network issue. They live in a place called 'yadiki' located in anantapur district. Is is been more than a week and everytime i call my parents, i am getting no network coverage message. I am very frustrated and disappointed with the way how things are going with bsnl. I called customer care multiple times but unable to talk with agent because bsnl stopped me in the first step itself (Language selection) then i tried to reach out bsnl in twitter and got no response. I have enquired with my friends who are staying in my hometown and even they are switching to other networks because of no network coverage. The whole city is suffering with network issues (Pincode 515408). If bsnl won't resolve this issue on priority, we will be moving out from this network.
