Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — no network since 22 days

My broadband connection installed on telephone no [protected] is not working for last 21 days. I have complained so many times fortnightly. But no action has been taken from the company till date. I am paying the bill for whole month whereas no connection for 22 days. For better connection, without any option, I had chosen BSNL. Now it's felt like suffered. Till date nobody from BSNL has attended my complaint.

Updated by vedvyasdas Today got a message from BSNL that my complaint no [protected] has been resolved without confirming from consumer i.e. me. How digusting
