Sir, on 12 jan 2018 i had a recharge of 333 via online. But that recharge is not activated till date. No body is taking serious step, facing problem. Date 15/01/2017.
I am tired of contacting cust care, no body is takeing it seriously. Continuously misguiding me, or misleading me, by continuous recharging, sometimes sending settings.
I already have a complaint no, where puja mam, one senior one said, within 4 hrs it will be solved. Complain no is 1a14601146.
I personally went to bsnl office bokaro, same reply, soon it will be resolved.
But when, no body cant tell.
How long should i wait, most importantly why should i wait?
Hence, its a earnest request, if you please can resolve my issue, i will be obliged.
