Dear team
As everyone is aware that BSNL is not providing good service now a days and I m a victim of same. I have purchased a vanity premium number last year on July month. But due to its poor service I wanted to port out my number.
Customer care told that after 1 year I can port it out but it's been more than 1 year I am unable to get the UPC. On sending message to 1900 I am getting this below message
UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.
