Received through my sbi branch ferozepur on dated 5.12.18 and all the formalities completed including life certificate, account passbook number [protected],
And undertaking under sign of the notary.
And ppo copy submitted to the bank on dated 6.12.18. I smt ravinder kaur have retired on dated 31.8.18 but still no any pension credit to my account by the sbi branch ferozepur Cantt, Bazar number 2. Ifsc code of branch is 50627.
Therefore you are requested that the same may please be drawn and credit to my account. Without pension I m suffering. And action may be taken against the defaulter and panel interest may also be credited to my account
