Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Not receiving UPC Code (For Mobile Number Porting from BSNL network to Other Network) | |||
Dear Sir My Name is Pallavi from Bangalore I am using the BSNL network from last 1 year and I am facing network Issues so I have decide to Port the same number to other network. My mobile Number : [protected] But whenever I send the PORT message to 1900 I am getting the reply as could not be processed please retry after some time. I am trying to do this from last 3 days (22nd May 2021).. Since my Plan expiry date was on 23rd. Till now I am not getting the UPC code.. I tried calling your customer care but every time they tell it is TRAI error we cant help and they tell us to wait for 48hrs. After that today I recharged my number and tried but still I am getting the same reply from 1901. I have the complaint number which I registered with BSNL customer care also (Complaint Number: IE24KT300547). I also have all the call records. And also your customer care people are not listening to the customer complaints properly and they will disconnect the call without any information at the mid of conversation. Kindly request you to send the UPC code at the earliest. If i don't receive the code I may have case the file against this. Thanks & Regards Pallavi BY Was this information helpful? | |||
