[Resolved] Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — online stv recharge failed/amount debited from account still not refunded after 20 days | |||
Online payment failure & amount debited from bank account on 12-oct-2017 (With reference id: cheque no. 169623 ; portalbsnltpslmumbaiindin-12/10/17 21:35:07) for recharge amount of rs.333 'ace stv plan' to mobile no. Xxxxxxxxxx. I have contacted bsnl customer care before 10 days and they said it would be refunded in 1 week's time but till now i have not received the refund and when i contacted the local customer care number on 29-oct-2017, there was no proper response from them. I am your valuable customer for about 10 years and this is the first time i am getting a improper service regarding 'online payment services'.
