I am bsnl consumer. Bsnl a/c no is [protected]. I hv been associated with bsnl for the last 10 years. I am very disappointed with your services. I am balbir singh (My address is p-109b sec-23 sanjay nagar ghaziabad u. P.). I had pay my bill in the morning by paytm order no.[protected]. Still my telephone& broadband is not working yet. I need a lot, it is not working now,

Kindly, accept my complaint and fix it as soon as possible.
