BSNL is providing the worst possible broadband service, my internet is down for 4days, I have been trying to getting in touch with the bsnl office they are hanging up my calls, Tried raising complains I have raised 5 complains so far none technician called, tried to call customer care and nothing worked, Now I can understand why bsnl is in such a position and this kind of attitude needs to be stoped, If you can't provide the service then just don't offer the service, what the hell...
