Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Poor speed very high ping and fup limits expiries on its own without using data

Bsnl are fraud from past 6 months i am having problem with speed and ping they dont know about ping there highest technician does not know english and what is ping they automatically resolve complains without actually resolving it
Number on which problem is[protected]
They say within 2 days they will solve but they dont
Customer care does not know english at all they speak like they r ###### and not educated they dont know anything about computers
I need my money back with compensation
