Dear sir/madam,
Landline not working for 40 days.
I had failed in all my attempts to solve the problem, by requesting and sending mails, but nothing has happened. Instead of getting new customers, bsnl should try to keep their existing customers first.
Only thing is that i receive the bill on time every month.
As a last bsnl cutomer in my surrounding area, i think it is best for me to surrender my landline.
I have received the bill for this month, but the phone complaint is pending for 40 days. I had made a complaint on[protected] docket no[protected]. The bsnl technician came and went saying he will come within 2 days but never returned. Was this information helpful? |
