[Resolved] Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — recharge not done but amount debited

On 30 jan 2018 2:18pm, i tried to recharge from bsnl official website www.portal.bsnl.in for amount 100₹. And i dont want to reveal phone number. But the online transaction was successful through sbi net banking. I even got the sms for balance deduction but recharge for phone number was not done.
I even sent them complaint to their email [protected]@bsnl.co.in but still they have not responded.

State bank internet banking. Transaction ref no igacuwtjt8 for rs.100.0 on 30-jan-18 14:18

I have also attached screenshot. Please help me in resolving this issue.

I have not received any email not any phone calls from BSNL. But on 5 Feb 2018, the debited amount was credited back to my account.
