Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Recharge unsuccessful but money debited | |||
I have taken a new sim no: [protected], for which the authorities told me to recharge for rs. 49.. I didn't know that exact 49 needs to be recharged.. So i recharged for rs. 100 on 5th august 2016.. But i didn't get the new number activated.. So the next day, 6th august, again recharged for rs. 49, that also haven't worked.. Both these i did online from south indian bank's paytm application.. Both amounts got deductied from my sb account at same moment..!! But still the amount haven't returned yet.. Kindly do the needful.. Was this information helpful? | |||
