This is very bad and shame on part of bsnl who are unable to process the refund, even after the disconnection happened 5 months back, every time i approach the office, i will be redirected to some official who will not be in office, they do not own up the responsibility, they ask us to call some numbers which is useless. I had approached office almost 10 times, everytime i get the response as refund is initiated and will be processed in a week.. It is very shame to commit for a week and takes months together to process it. Was this information helpful? |
