The officials at vijayanagar office say that they have no funds and refund will be released as and when grants are received.

Have sent two emails requesting for early refund, but no response.

Telephones to officials at many levels not answered.

I am suryakanta sahoo from Jagannath pur village, Banki Cuttack Odisha, 754009.I want to say that a telephone stand situated infront of my home.It is not use.It is not necessary.so Plz remove this stand.
