[Resolved]  Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — refund of security deposit & advance payment of bill amount not received.

Disconnected my bsnl landline telephone on 1-sep-2016, & also deposited the instrument in working condition..
I've paid my bill in advance but disconnected before the time period of advanced bill paying period.
It's more than one year now but they have not refund my advance bill paid money nor my security deposit.

Complained many times but no response comes, just said they don't have enough balance to repay.
It's a government based service provider.
