Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — refund request for wrong recharge

Hi team,

I had done recharge to wrong number on jan 11 2020 using freecharge.

Recharge status looked successful. Can you reverse the transaction and help me in retriving my money back.

We checked with freecharge team but they asked us to go with bsnl customer care for refund amount. Please find the freecharge reply in screenshot

We called to the number [protected].. But looks like he is not using that num and it's switch off
