Sir i was taking a bsnl broadband comnection but due to weak signal strength near my house i was not used even a single day, which i informed him on the same day .I had paid a full amount . I had given a complained about this in your sadar bazar branch so many times but my complaint was taken as negligently and they can't listen me properly and behave very rudely. Yet they have not refund my money . If i can't recieved a satifactory solution then i'll take a strict action against you Was this information helpful? | |||||
