Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — security deposit amount not received - landline phone number[protected] in the name of mrs. uma sasidharan

I have not received any correspondence from bsnl till date about my security deposit to my landline phone number[protected]. When i contacted bsnl office hey asked me to pay the balance amount then i have deposited the total outstanding amount. After that i have submitted my telephone instrument vide a. N. No. [protected] dt. 16.08.2017 and their receipt no. 100 dt. 16.08.2017.
