Gave shifitng application for my two landlines on[protected] on selfcare portal of bsnl. After that, till now, i have visited exchange, wrote to nodal officers, appellate, twitter handles, grievance redressal. Everything seems to be waste of time. Not even a single reply from any of the authority. Such pathetic service?? And this company wants revival on taxpayers money. All the staff must be kicked out if they cant even provide some basic service.

I disconnected my wimax on 20 sep 2019 and have a receiving of disconnection but on 4 Oct 2019, I got the bill of month sep 2019 which has to deposit on or before 20 Oct 2019
Please resolve my problem
