Reference: customer id :[protected], account number:[protected], phone number:[protected]. Dear sir / madam, Kindly deactivate hungama packages for the landline number[protected]. Wehave charged rs.1548.87 inthe monthly bill no.[protected] dt.06/05/2017 for hungama plan which we didn't subscribe for it. We received a call from bsnl on 27/01/2017 indicating the plans of hungama and also they have taken my mail-id and mobile number and asked to go through those plan in the hungama-bsnl site. I would like toinform that this service ia activated without my knowledge and consent. Kindly deactivate of all the bsnl hungama service immediately from our landline number[protected].
