Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — suspension of incoming calls

Dear Customer service,
I am Soundarya.K residing in Chennai. I am a regular mobile user of BSNL Cell One network since 2012 to till date. My mobile no. is [protected]. Recently my mobile services was over and automaticaly incoming call facility of my mobile was withdrawn. On 13-Nov-2018 I had been recharged my Mobile at 9.30 P.M. After that I am getting the Out going call facility but not getting the incoming call facility. Unable to reach customer care through phone. Please look the matter as most Urgent.

This area bsnl signali very worst.but i call customer care service 1503 but too worst responding more times same repeat this problem
