My telephone line is not working since many months. Several complaints were booked. Complaints were booked even to the online help desk. Technician comes does something and goes. Momentarily the telephone works but with lot of noise. Following day the situation is the same no telephone and no broad band connection. Was paying some rupees 1400 plus every month hence i changed plan for the minimum. But even for that amount i am not getting any service. They say there is a cable fault which seems for forever
