[Resolved]  Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — took money and no return

I live in jammu. Bsnl cut my broadband connection 1year back because my bill was pending due to some reasons. Then 7 -8 months back i again wanted to resume my connection. I gave them the amount pending of my previous connection and also gave the amount of new connection. But till now i have not got any connection and it's 7-8 months after that. Numerous times i have tried to contact them but no response from their side. During this pandemic as we are working from home internet is must and only 2g services are working in jammu. They took away my money and didn't even gave me the connection. I request u to take strict action against them as they are indulging in fraudulent activity. I also have a pic of modem they gave me with my previous connection. My previous landline numberlinked with bsnl broadband connection was 2562398.
