Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Transaction Failure | |||
I would like to register a complaint regarding the transaction failure occurred while i was trying to pay my BSNL FTTH bill of ₹707 via online using PhonePe UPI. My money was deducted from my account and the transaction was not processed. The Money was paid to [protected]@hdfcbank. My bank is SBI Bank .My land line number is[[protected]] .The land line connection is in the name L N Navaneetharan. I called and asked my bank and they said it is not their error. So bsnl is responsible for my loss.I didn't get refund of my lost money.My Account no ends with 8777. The date of transaction is 03/08/2021 and the transaction id is T2108031134144688777564 Was this information helpful? | |||
