Account no. [protected], tel. No. [protected]. I am nearly 85 yrs of age. Ref.:invoice nos. Edcwb[protected], dt. 06.01.19, edcwb[protected], dt.06.2.19. Bill amounts are rs.7409.22 and rs. 16.00 respectively. An sms has been received on 06.3.19 stating that bill for mar'19 is rs.7413. My daughter took leave from work on 26.2.19 to understand the bill for dec, '18, dt. 06.1.19 and was told that the amt represents fixed charge for the period 01.12.18 to 30.11.20 under plan 299 which means that all local and national calls (To any network) are free until 30.11.2020. Also, that the amount had been adjusted against a previous double payment to bsnl in mar 2017. Remaining amt is rs.16.00 as per bill dt. 06.2.19. As such no bills would now be received for any local or national call. The sms regarding a further bill of rs.7413 remains unexplained.
I trust it will be accepted that such bills cause unnecessary and avoidable harassment to me, at this age, and also to my family. Also to be pointed out that this has been happening since 2017. I hope the matter will be corrected and i will not be forced to disconnect this telephone connection and take up the matter with higher authorities.
