Upc code not recieved till now ...,... Dear sir, Because of lot of recharging issue, i want to port my bsnl mobile no. (+91 [protected]) to some other network. But even after typing the correct format and sent to 1900 on 8th october 19, code was not reciveded till now but sms cost deducted, customercare always told for several times for wait.
