Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — without subscribing any service service subscribed itself | |||||
I have to inform that I don't subscribed or never subscribed any VAS service on my mobile number but BSNL giving VAS itself and deducted My Money from my Mobile Balance today at 5:45 PM. Regarding this issue I made a call to BSNL Customer Care Service then a Customer Care Representative named Mr. Ashish picked up my Call and I told him to Remove this service and also requested for returning My Mobile Balance but Representative removed the health service but didn't refused to return My Mobile Balance. I want My Mobile Balance into my mobile balance. Please do something to support my words. BSNL is thief Mobile Network Service Provider. Was this information helpful? | |||||
