Bharathi Travels — rude behaviour of staff and driver for dropping at inappropriate location | |||
I have booked the tickets from mangalore to bangalore through redbus. My dropping location was madiwala. Bus operators never called me before boarding that they couldn't drop me at madiwala. After boarding they denied my drop location. I spoke to bus operator, he didn't even utter a word. Morning during drop off the driver behaved rude with me and randomly dropped me at unknown location. I faced lot of issues with even auto driver to reach at my location since they over charging. I was the only lady passenger. Women's helpline number also doesn't work in bangalore.
