Bharathiar University — non payment of external examiners remuneration

This complaint is about non payment of external examiner's remuneration for evaluation of sheela reddy's phd thesis in december. 2017.
I have made several calls to so many numbers like [protected], 35, 31, 40, 174 spending so much money on international calls but all in vain.
I emailed several times as well. I called the research coordinator dr of the university also.
I am disappointed with the way the university departments dealt with me on phones.
I feel this is not a university which cares any one. Why do they want external examiner if they dont want to pay them after the job?
Totally irresponsible, unprofessional people i guess.
I will call the ugc officials and inform them
