Bharathiar University — not received id card from my institution

Im diploma in interior design and decoration student in cindrebay school of fashion and interior design vazhutacad thiruvananthapuram. I did not recieve my id card yet from my inistution (Since i got message to collect id card from your inistution from bharathiyar university). (My final exams are on dec-jan). They took my original certificate and didnt give me back sating it was send to the university. Only after a lot of pleading i got it back. The hr in my inistution jyotsna abhilash mam is always mentally torturing me.
