Bharathiar University — not received mba degree certificate

Respected sir,
I passed my mba degree in 2015 may. I send dd of rs 750 on 12th feb 2018. My reg number is 13nhr7232. But i did not received my original degree certificate yet. Its almost 6 months i have sent the dd. I tried to contact many times bharatiar university. They did not pick the call. Am very sad. I think they are cheating students. So pls take action as soon as possible.
