BharatPe — Company is asking to return the purchased product for not using for 4months.

I purchased bharatpe swiping machine around 1.5 yrs back for 5000Rs+ and I was using it as per my need. I couldn't use swiping machine for a few months as I was shifting my office and was busy with other work. Now my swiping machine got blocked and when I raise complaint no[protected] for reactivation. Firstly my complaint got closed without calling or informing me. When I again called, an executive told me he will arrange a callback. When I got the callback, I was told to return my swiping machine and they will give a refund of the amount based on the machine's condition and also deduct the depreciating amount of 100/month, and she asked to buy a new one from their website. She(the executive) was not ready to arrange a callback from the senior/manager. My question is when my machine is almost new and in working condition why should I return the swiping machine and take a refund of almost nothing(after depreciation) and buy a new one? This is a scam and we need to share this message with everyone to avoid others buying bharatpe swiping machines. I have filed a consumer complaint.
