Once app is installed they get access to the data from the customers mobile like contacts etc, and the data is shared to other companies and call centers and make abusive and harassment calls to the customes, kindly see through this issues, its illegal to access someone's dats and use it to harass customers, Was this information helpful? I have sent a mail regarding the same few months before, but didt get any response from the support team, and i have all the call records to which bharathpe had called and harasses, hence forth i am filing complaint against the software privact issues and also a complaint on defamation against the company, i will check till the end of july, if the calls didt stop then i will have no reason to file a complaint. So kindly check with the management and try to resolve the issue asap.
