[Resolved] BharatPe — Getting Harassment/Abusing calls

Apr 20, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved My complain is not resolved yet, Although a agent called/mail me but they didn't provide me satisfaction resolution. Kindly take appropriate action against the culprit agent & arrange a apologies call for concern relative. Make me sure that don not repeat such type of call in future. BharatPe customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. The issue is with the software, once we give permission to access the contacts, they get all our contact lists, this software is not secure, once they get the numbers they share the data to call centers and they make this abusive and threatening calls, even i am facing the same issue since 8 months, there is no proper support, so i suggest to file a complaint against the privact issues and also a defamation complaint as well, only then they will take some action
