On 01/06/2022 I make two transaction using of BharatPostPe debit card of Rs.25000 and Rs.25000 But that both transaction are FAILED so, first transaction of Rs.25000 they refund me but second transaction of Rs.25000 they still not refund me from 01/06/2022 today is 23/06/2022 still they not give me my money back refunded as well as even they can not communicate with me I sent 41 mails to Bharat Post Pe customer care support desk. But they not even communicating with me.
Is their showing it's successful but that transaction is FAILED but still not money return back screenshot attached.
