BharatPe — Not refund money
Greetings of the day,
On 27th Oct'22 I was order the swipe machine and according to your policy within 7 working days product will be delivered to customer. But honestly it is to be very sad to say that till the date 14th Nov'22 the swipe machine is not delivered to me.
In every day i take follow up with Your carton customer care department, but they have blank there is no further information about swipe machine. Really it is my suggestion no need to maintain such kind of resolution team like customer care, as they have nothing idea or information about it and without resolution they disconnect the call.
I already tried to multiple attempt to cancel the order but failed to do that as no option are appearing in application. And your discasting customer care team are flexible or extend the delivery date time day by day, which I have no more passions please.
Really I am so upset with your service. Only I want to refund my money any how. Nobody are helping me and refund money is held up till now.
I trust this is not the way that, Bharat Pe company wishes to conduct business with valued customer.
As consequences a major impact on my business and now I am completely disappointed with your service. I expect quality services from you and I request you to address this issue with concerned team with immediate attention. I expect full compensation and look forward to your replies within shortest time.
