BharatPe — Transaction ns kept on hold more than 100 days without reason

I have made credit card transaction through swipe machine but the said transaction kept on hold.
I uploaded documents multiple times but they rejected without any reason.
This is intentional hold and they are enjoying the fund.
Kindly help me in this regard.
