Bharti Airtel (Broadband) — airtel not increasing my speed when the area's speed has increased

Hello team,

I am on an advanced rental plan[protected]/month), this plan gives the speed upto 100mbps and 175gb limit.

During the time of connection, they said the max feasibility was 16mbps so my speed would be 16mbps and assured me that my speed would increase automatically once the area's feasibility increases.

My area's current minimum speed is 40mbps, however, i'm still stuck at 16mbps. When i call the support team, they are informing me to change my plan again to get the max speed.

But i'm already at 1299 plan and i should again change my plan to 1299 and lose my remaining two months from the advance plan to get 40mbps. Does this sound logical? This is insanely wrong.

It's like you have increased the area's speed to attract the new customers and you are failing to increase the speed of the old customers so that they will cancel their advance plans and pay again to get the high speed. This is cheating because as per the info on the website, any customer should receive upto 100mbps (Max speed that is available as per area feasibility)

I'm having this issue from 2 months and i'm contacting the support, talking to supervisors from past two months but they are just ignoring and informing me that it's escalated and that they will arrange a call back. But so far, there was no call back and they have been ignoring, cutting the call after talking to me for awhile.

This has gone too far. Kindly look into this and increase my speed and i need compensation for all the troubles.
