Bharti Airtel (Broadband) — Connectivity complaint not resolved even after 7 days | |||
Account- [protected] Airtel Broadband connection stopped working since 30/JAN/17. I had raised a complaint with Customer care several times and escalated it but every-time get some excuse that the back-end team is working on the issue and it would be resolved in 24hrs. but the 24hr gets extended every day. I need the connection for my business and am denied the service. While taking connection I was promised that any connectivity issues would be resolved in 24hrs after the complaint is raised but in my case all the limits are crossed. At last, the issue was resolved on 7/FEB/17 and that too after personally approaching the airtel technician of my locality . This is way too bad experience with airtel. Now I am switching to other service provider. I would like to get a refund for 8 days of non-availability of service. Was this information helpful? | |||

I too faced similar problems with Airtel Broadband. So we wanted to change our internet service provider. Someone suggested to try Tikona because it was cheap and had good connectivity. We tried that and initially faced similar problem but once I filed a complaint they resolved it and since then I haven't had any complaints. They are doing good now. I suggest try changing from Airtel to Tikona..
