I have called airtel tv customer support on sunday 18th march 2018 arround 6:30 pm. And asked for a upgrade in normal set top box to hd set top box. I was told the charges will be rs.350 only. I confirmed twice the price. I asked whether they can send the engineer on sunday, they said for that i need to call on saturday for that. Today when i called to raise the request i was told the price will be 599. How can the price increase by 250 rupees in 19hrs only? Or they do this to everybody whom they finds interested in upgradation. Do they think us we are helpless that we have already taken airtel and now changing into a new server costs us more so they can cheat us in any way?
