[Resolved] Bharti Airtel — invalid recharge | |||
Hi, (Here's the detailed description of mental trauma i went through because of airtel) I changed my network to airtel through mnp 2 weeks ago. After 4 days since mnp request, network was gone from my previous service provider so i changed my sim but network didn't show in airtel sim. I complained to retailer he said wait for 24 hours, after 24 hours he said the same thing again. So after 48 hours when he couldn't resolve the issue he told me to swap the sim. I didn't trust him for further service so i moved to airtel store to swap the sim for which they charged 30 rs. Even after customer care said it was free of cost. After 6 hours network showed on my phone. I was happy (Didn't know that problem was gonna start from here). I downloaded airtel app, i verified my details, but sim status was showing inactive in the app. So i called customer care (Used 5 rs. Which i already got in my sim). He said that don't worry your sim is active recharge your sim to get service. I went to the shop asked him to recharge frc495. But he couldn't as it was showing "bad voucher" error while doing recharge. So he called customer care they said that customer used some balance that's why its showing this error. Also i tried some other recharge online but it was showing same error. So i went to airtel store, they wrote my number and told me to wait for 48 hours it will be resolved. Guess what it didn't. So i went there again but the store was permanently closed for some reason (Probably because of their lousy service). So i moved to other nearest airtel store they tried to recharge but it was showing same error. I asked them to call the company to see what's the problem, they told me that we can not resolve this from here you have to go to the main office in the city (Lucknow). It was 10 km away but i went there. It was close for some reason although it was working day and time. So i returned home called customer care filed a complain, they told me it'll be resolved in 3 days but it didn't. I called them again they told me that my complain has been resolved. I asked them how is it resolved if i am still not able to recharge. They told me that they forwarded my complain wait for 3 more days (I didn't). I called them next day they said that the problem is not from here go to the main store in you city. I am frustrated now i can't go back to my previous network cause it requires 90 days to make another mnp request. I was so wrong to think that airtel has changed. I forget that they used to charge 250rs. For 1 gb 2g data. Now its been 2 weeks, my number is out of service for 2 weeks. That's my main number attached with my every bank account so i can't make any transactions cause it requires verification and otp and stuff. After 90 days i will move to another network obviously. Then i will port every airtel number in my family to another network cause i don't want my family to go through this mental trauma. I am saying this is the worst service from airtel, and i am the guy who uses bsnl also. Was this information helpful? | |||
