Bharti Airtel Ltd — forcing payment for improper service and eroding reputation | |||
Dear sir / madam, I used airtel post paid mobile service connection of [protected] contains number for more than four years. I faced problem for receiving incoming calls from january2018 onwards and i raise the complaints to airtel customer care via telecommunication and email.in spite of several complaints also not rectified the issues by airtel. I ported the connection from airtel to vodafone on may 2018. I paid bill for january 2018 and february 2018 in spite of non full fill utilisation, after that i stopped payment with written communication to airtel. During this 5 months my reputation eroded due to mobile network issue. Currently airtel raise the complaint to trai and stop the service from vodafone. Kindly take necessary support to me.
