I Purchased car insurance from barathi axa 15 days before my previous policy expires. i have paid the premium for new policy, i haven't received the new policy even after my previous policy got over. when connected customer care they say that my policy is in pending state and they will disconnect the call. Worst Company and worst response from company. inefficient workers and inefficient management . after sending several mails and calls to customer care
there was no response. Please dont buy any type of products from barathi axa.
