[Resolved] Bharti Axa — car insurance documents not received even after 4 days of payments | |||
I had paid the renewal of my car insurance on 23rd march 2019; however I have not received the policy documents soft copy till 27th march. After several contacts to customer care they are least bothered and are telling i[censored] wish u can go ahead a file complaint in consumer court but we can not provide the document due to technical issues. On Saturday 23rd March I have received many mails from Bharti AXA regarding to make payment for insurance but now there is no any further mail after they received the cash.. Neither they are reversing the payment nor providing insurance policy documents. Was this information helpful? | |||
