Hi, My name is a vaibhav patil, i have taken policy of car insuarance bharti axa on 8 january. After the payment made on 8 january i didnt receive copy of insurance polic till 19th of january. After calling customer service number[protected]. Your executive sweta said that they didnt have any details of ar insuarnce with my mobile number. After giving my car details they said that deatils are there and ask me to give my mail id. Which is very suprising to me that none of bharti axa contacted me after insuarnce payment made and also i have already give all the details to bharrti axa even my mail id & mobile number they said that they dont have any of this. The service i got is very poor, tat after customer make the payment is 3 days to issue policy to customer but in that case after making repetative follow till 19th there was no policy with me.
